When Food Papa Jee can cancel, replace, refund or decline a return
Refund philosophy
Food Papa Jee distinguishes between freshly prepared food, perishable goods, packaged goods, tiffin subscriptions, catering/custom orders and non-food items. A return is not automatically appropriate for every category because food safety and perishability must be considered.
Customers should report an issue as soon as possible with the order number, photographs where relevant, item name, quantity and a clear description. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or through another lawful method agreed with the customer.
