Manufacturing, domestic sale and export will be undertaken only through appropriately licensed/registered facilities and approved supply chains for the relevant product category. Food operations are subject to the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and applicable FSSAI regulations; e-commerce food information must also meet applicable display requirements.
Exports and imports are additionally subject to applicable customs, foreign-trade, product-specific and destination-country requirements. The business will not represent a product as licensed, approved, organic, vegan, preservative-free, healthy or otherwise certified unless the relevant claim and documentation support it.
