Quality promise
Food Papa Jee will maintain documented specifications for products and services, supplier controls, receiving checks, preparation controls, packaging standards, storage conditions and dispatch procedures appropriate to each category.
Quality claims are not a substitute for evidence. Product descriptions, online claims, labels, nutrition information, certifications and health-related statements must match the actual approved product specification and applicable law. FSSAI has specifically advised e-commerce food businesses to align online claims with physical labels and to display required information before purchase.
